Time to get our game faces on. In a week; 11th November 2011, The new 7 Wonders of the world will be announced. Now I am a Capetonian (from Cape Town) and the best know feature here is Table Mountain – how awesome it would be for it to be in the New 7 Wonders of the World.

Why Table Mountain?

Well besides it being beautiful and so striking it also possesses amazing hiking trails and rock climbing routes. Of course there is the cable car. It is incredibly rich in biodiversity with mind numbing amounts and differing kinds of Flora. If you get the chance to experience Table Mountain do it by hiking up the India Window route; it is somewhat dangerous but it is also fun and a great experience. From the top of Table Mountain one can see the beautiful coast of Cape Town and it’s splendid city. It is not often that one can say that they traversed up a mountain and in joyed the view all in one day.
